Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept the following insurances: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Magellan, Aetna, Optum, SutterSelect, Sutter HealthPlus, United Healthcare, MHN, and Cigna.
I can also provide a superbill upon request for out-of-network benefits. You will be responsible for ensuring your insurance carrier provides out-of-network benefits.

What if you don’t accept my insurance?
If I do not accept your insurance, you would be responsible for paying out-of-pocket for sessions. My session fee is $185.

Can you prescribe medication?
No, only a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, or physician can prescribe medications. I provide psychotherapy to help improve psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues. I am happy to work collaboratively with medication prescribers.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes, I’m happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. This will give you the opportunity to ask me questions to see if I might be a good fit for you. It will also give me an opportunity to hear what you’d like to address in therapy.
